Naneet Kumar Kothari (Founder)
He brings over three decades of leadership experience across India’s most critical infrastructure and railway projects. His career spans senior roles across organizations such as Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Indian Railways, and international assignments including Raillone GmbH, Germany.
He has held key positions including Executive Director (Technical), Chief Project Manager, and General Manager, leading complex, high-value projects ranging from metro rail systems to large-scale railway doubling works across India.
His experience covers the entire project spectrum; from planning, execution, and contract management to claims, dispute resolution, and strategic negotiations. Having operated at both execution and leadership levels, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and commercial understanding.
He has also served as an arbitrator in 30+ disputes, bringing strong expertise in claims analysis, contract interpretation, and resolution strategy. His ability to navigate complex contractual matters adds a critical edge to NK3’s techno-legal advisory capabilities.
Nipunh Kothari - Co Founder
Nipunh Kothari leads the business, marketing, and growth initiatives at NK3 Solutions, with experience across market research & strategy, social media, and event management.
He has worked on multi-city campaigns & partnerships, driving brand visibility & engagement across digital & physical platforms.
His experience includes developing and executing content strategies, managing high-impact campaigns and events, and leading social media initiatives that deliver strong organic growth, contributing directly to brand building.
He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and has been trained under some of the best professors in the world.
